Yoga lets you tune in, chill out, shape up — all at the same time. The postures, breathing exercises, and meditation make you healthier in body, mind and spirit.
Join your peers for a night of free yoga every Thursday at 7 pm in the Dunker Family Lounge (REN 1303). No registration is required. Please bring your own yoga mat and drop in to join.
Yoga Night will begin on January 23 and continue every Thursday evening, ending on March 19.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no yoga over reading week, on February 20.
Ernest has been teaching yoga for over 4 years, primarily teaching hatha style classes. Hatha is a mixed pace style of yoga that has moments of tough cardio and muscle toning balanced with calming moments for deep stretching and relaxing. Each class is unique, as each body is unique and has different needs. Ernest tailors the classes to best benefit the students present in each class. A great style for beginners and all experience levels.
