Margaret Jackson

This is a special meeting date to avoid conflicts with peoples’ New Year holiday commitments

Agenda for 9 January 2018 at 7:30 PM

97 John St. W., Waterloo

  1. Plans for fundraiser
  2. Result of Doodle poll on different meeting night
  3. Participation at Intercollegiate Peace Fellowship Conference on Restorative Justice which will be held at GRC February 9-11, 2018. We’re still waiting for details on having a table on the evenings of the 9th & 10th
  4. Next meeting at GRC – 6 February or a different day?

The meeting this time will be at Mary Jackes and David Lubell’s (97 John St. W. in Waterloo) which is on the south side of John St. between Avondale and Dunbar. There is parking in the driveway for three, possibly four, cars. Please do not park on John St. as it’s rather narrow — around the corner on either Dunbar or Avondale will be best. If you come by bus, the #8 stops nearby on Union at Dunbar.

If possible, please RSVP so that we can plan for seating.
